Councillor for the Santa Cruz division in St. Elizabeth, Christopher Williams, is lamenting the difficulties being faced by his counterparts to obtain resources for road repairs in their divisions.
He says residents are uneasy due to the poor road conditions.

In January, Minister with responsibility for Works, Everald Warmington, announced that damaged roadways and breakaways in sections of St. Elizabeth North Eastern and North Western will be repaired in short order.
Warmington also said that his Ministry will move to address damaged pieces of infrastructure in several communities which have inconvenienced the residents.
