Thwaites Advocating Political Overhaul Amid Reform Efforts

Former Member of Parliament for Central Kingston, Ronald Thwaites, says the country’s current political system has not lent itself to reform.

Mr. Thwaites, who served as Education Minister from 2012 to 2106, says parliament must be overhauled to give backbenchers a more active role.
