Deputy Chairman of Sandals Resorts International, Adam Stewart, says Jamaica is unlikely to see a recovery of sixty to seventy percent of pre-COVID-19 levels of tourism activity in the country this year.

Mr. Stewart says stakeholders are hopeful for the quick development of a vaccine to ease the disruption caused by the pandemic across various sectors.

He’s says a near full recovery of the tourism sector this year is very unlikely.
