Track and Field Coach, David Riley, says after getting treatment for a hamstring injury Usain Bolt does not need hard training to be race sharp for the Rio Olympics, next month.

Bolt ran 19 point-89 seconds to win his 200-metres season debut at the London Anniversary games last friday.

Riley says Glen Mills knows exactly what to do to get Bolt to peak at the right time.
