The Electoral Office of Jamaica (EOJ) is reminding persons that the deadline to register for the next voters’ list is Friday, September 29.
Persons intending to have their name added to this list, which will be published on November 30, must apply at an EOJ constituency office before the cut-off date.
The EOJ says persons who meet the September deadline should expect to receive their ID cards by mid-December.
Electors who register after September 29 will have to wait until May 31, 2018 to be added to the list.
