A court date is being finalised for a Trelawny woman and her two sons, who have been charged with illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
They are 58-year-old Beverly Barrett, 23-year-old Tarik Gayle and 20-year-old Tray Gayle, all of Kettering district, Duncans in Trelawny.
Reports are, on Tuesday, June 28 a police team conducted an operation during which their home was searched.
One Taurus 9-milli-metre pistol with a magazine containing fifteen rounds was found inside a bedroom.
The three were subsequently arrested and charged following interviews.
