A third individual was arrested today in connection with the probe into the operations of the Manchester Parish Council by the Major Organized Crime and Anti Corruption Agency, MOCA.

His attorney Peter Champagnie confirmed the arrest saying he was transferred from Manchester to MOCA offices in Kingston

Mr. Champagnie told our News Centre that he’s currently being interviewed by MOCA Detectives.

Two persons were arrested in June in relation to what MOCA described as a grand fraud involving millions of dollars at the Local Authority.
