Caretaker for Clarendon South West, Kent Gammon says several communities across his constituency have been without water for a week.

In a statement Friday morning, Gammon said the National Water Commission, NCU’s, Kemps Hill pump has been completely out of service since Friday, May 20.

Gammon told Nationwide News Friday that the pump provides water to several communities in Clarendon South West.

He argued that though the NWC has sent trucked water into the communities that supply is not enough.

Gammon says with the country now experiencing a fifth wave of Covid-19, the need for the precious commodity becomes even more important.
