The Klansman Gang Trial adjourned again Tuesday morning due to a faulty air conditioner at the Supreme Court.
The trial was resuming after a week’s break.
The prosecution has wrapped up its case against the 33 accused gang members being tried under the anti-gang legislation on an indictment with 25 counts.
But when presiding judge, Chief Justice Bryan Sykes, sought to resume the proceedings, he was notified of the issue with the AC.
An annoyed Justice Sykes explained that the authorities had been alerted of the problem before hand but had failed to rectify it.
He said he’d give them a day, the trial will resume on Thursday morning at 10:00.
