Health and Wellness Minister, Dr Christopher Tufton, says if the country gains access to an approved COVID-19 vaccine by the first quarter of 2021, it could be the start of normality.
The Minister was speaking during a virtual media briefing last evening.
This, after Assistant Director at the Pan American Health Organization, PAHO, Dr Jarbas (YAHR-bas) Barbosa Da Silva says if all goes well with some 11 vaccines now on trial, one should be ready by March 2021.

Meanwhile, Minister Tufton says until a vaccine is available Jamaicans should continue to adhere to the public health measures.
