Prime Minister Andrew Holness is seeking to assure Jamaicans that the government is focused on the improvement of social services in the country.
Holness says education, health and housing remain top priorities of his administration.
He was addressing the signing of the new National Partnership Agreement at King’s House yesterday.
Holness says Jamaicans must be empowered to achieve their full potential in areas of education and being able to access quality health care.
Holness says providing housing for Jamaicans is also a top priority of his government’s strategy towards creating a developed society.
He says the private sector is important that process.
