Nationwide News understands that socialite and former Jamaica Labour Party Councillor, Don Creary, is set to face a second rape charge in less than a week.

Law enforcement sources tell our news center a woman with whom Creary reportedly had a relationship has given a statement alleging that she was raped by him.

Last week Wednesday, Creary was arrested and charged following allegations that he raped a 15-year old girl.

During an in-camera hearing at the Corporate Area Criminal Court this morning, he was denied bail,

Resident Magistrate Simone Wolfe- Reece was told by Police investigators that Don Creary is likely to have another matter to address before Wednesday.

The RM said she’d consider bail applications for both charges on Wednesday.

Creary’s co-accused, 22-year-old Shaneke Williams, was this morning offered bail in the sum of 1-point-5 million dollars in relation to the alleged rape of the 15-year old.

She’s charged with aiding and abetting rape, along with sexual touching.

It’s alleged that Creary and Williams took the child to an apartment in St. Mary, plied her with alcohol and then sexually assaulted her.

Meantime ..our news center understands that on Saturday, Creary was removed from the Constant Spring Police lock-up and relocated to a cell at the Gun Court in Kingston.
