Prime Minister Andrew Holness says the government is steadfast on the resumption of face-to-face classes by January, if the things continue to go well.

During a tour of Westmoreland on Thursday, Prime Minister Holness zoomed in on the resumption of face-to-face classes and crime in the parish.

The prime minister says schools that have not yet resumed face-to-face classes are making preparation to do so.

Mr. Holness says infant schools are also doing well.

However, Mr. Holness says face-to-face classes at the secondary level needs a bit more time.

But, Prime Minister Holness said they are doing well so far.
