Prime Minister Andrew Holness, says a High level United Nations meeting has yielded several options as to how best to deliver much needed assistance to developing nations in recovering from COVID-19.

He was addressing a media conference last evening following the discussions.

The meeting was being held on financing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in the era of COVID-19.

He says the United Nations remains the best vehicle to deliver the assistance on the scale and efficacy required.

However, the Prime Minister says the needs for small and developing nations must take priority.
