Noted Pollster, Bill Johnson, says surveys done between August 21 and 23 show the People’s National Party, PNP’s base is coming home.

This, as his latest poll shows the Jamaica Labour Prty, JLP’s lead shrinking to 14 points.

A previous poll between July 9 and 12 showed the the JLP was ahead of the PNP by 19 percentage points.

Mr. Johnson sought to explain the declining lead.

The pollster notes that much can happen in politics over the course of a week.

But, despite the numbers, Mr Johnson says voter turnout could impact the final predictions.
