Opposition Senator Dr Andre Haughton says Jamaica has developed an economy, where it’s far easier for people to be successful at crime than entrepreneurship.
He was speaking alongside Opposition Senator Damion Crawford, on a Live Instagram Programme called Money Talk Live.
They’ve titled the type of economy that exists in Jamaica, the ‘Jack and Jill economy’.
Mr Crawford is also questioning statistical reports on sharp declines in unemployment up to early this year.
He says the employment numbers are being manipulated.
