The standing granted to the Tivoli Committee which allows it to participate in proceedings at the West Kingston Commission of Enquiry, could be revoked if it doesn’t fulfill certain obligations by next week.

Chairman of the Commission, Sir David Simmons, has instructed the Committee that it must provide the Commission with a list of persons it’s representing at the Enquiry.

Sir David says the Secretariat must also be served with the addresses of these persons and their witness statements.

The Tivoli Committee is being represented by attorney Michael Williams.

Mr. Williams replaces Carol DaCosta who withdrew from proceedings, after falling out with the Convenor for the Tivoli Committee, Lloyd D’Aguilar.

This morning, Sir David read the riot act to Mr. Williams.
